1/2 lb Brussel sprouts cleaned and halved lengthwise, 1/3 lb good smoked bacon diced, 1/3 c. cider vinegar, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 clove garlic diced fine

Directions:
Directions:
Fry diced bacon to make bacon bits, remove form grease, add garlic and Brussel sprouts to grease left in pan and "fry" to a toasted golden brown, remove Brussel sprouts and place in a bowl, add vinegar and sugar to fry pan and simmer until reduced by 1/3. toss bacon bits with Brussel sprouts and pour sauce over top. Serve warm.
