1 medium head cabbage
1 large onion
1 large carrot
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop cabbage, carrots and onion and mix in large salad bowl.
2. In a saucepan, mix the rest of the ingredients and simmer until mixture boils, let cool until lukewarm, pour over cabbage mixture and mix well.
3. Let stand over night. Drain in the morning.
