2 lbs Venison or beef stew meat cut into small pieces, 1 pkg dry onion soup mix, 2 c. red wine divided, 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup, 2 (4 oz) cans mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
mix all ingredients except 1 c wine, place mix into a casserole dish. cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for 3 hours while drinking the other cup of wine, DO NOT PEEK!! serve over buttered noodles or rice,
