Ingredients:  
8 lb venison roast, Garlic salt, 3 green peppers diced, 5 tsp. sesame seeds, 1 tsp. oregano, beef stock.

Directions:
Directions:
Cover roast until white with garlic salt. Bake 5 hrs at 250 . Shred with a fork while hot, add peppers, sesame seeds and oregano. Bake another 5 hrs, adding beef stock 1/2 cup at a time if it starts to dry out. serve on a toasted or grilled bun.
