3-1/2 c. sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1-1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. soft shortening or oil
4 eggs unbeaten
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Sift in large bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar.

Add: shortening; eggs; nuts; and bananas.

Pour into three greased loaf pans. Bake for one hour at 350
