2 lb. Wild game meet cut into chunks, 1 T. sugar, 3 T. tapioca, 1 slice bread broken into small pieces, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. black pepper, 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 lb. carrots sliced into chunks, 1/2 celery bunch chopped medium fine chunks, 1 bay leaf crushed, 1/2 bell pepper (any color) diced, 2 small onions cut into small chunks, 6 potatoes cut into medium chunks, 1/2 c. red wine, 1 1/2 c beef stock or chicken stock, 1/4 c. ketchup

Mix all ingredients together raw, put into roaster and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
