12 medium red-skinned potatos, cut in 6ths, with
skin left on,
2 bunches scallions, chopped,
1 stick butter,melted,
2 c. sour cream,
8 oz. sharp cheddar, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatos until tender. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Add scallions, drizzle butter over, add sour
cream & grated cheese.
Toss gently. Sprinkle with Paprika.
Bake @ 350 30-40 minutes.
