2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. Crisco
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar, salt & baking powder. Cut in Crisco with a pastry cutter or two knives until dough is crumbly, and the size of peas. Stir in milk with a fork just until well mixed. Pat out with fingers (on bread board on floured wax paper). Cut out biscuits with small biscuit cutter. Bake in ungreased pan about 20 minutes @ 425º.
