2-1/2 cups chickpeas with liquid (canned are fine)
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
5 cloves garlic
1/4 cup parsely
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Puree chick peas in blender with lemon, garlic and paarsley. Stir in tahini, salt & pepper and enough olive oil to make it the right consistency. (Maybe 1/4 cup)

Instead of using tahini, you can use peanut butter. I think it gives it a good flavor, but Justin didn't like it as well.
