2 c warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c oil
2 T yeast
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingrediants as listed. Beat in 3 cups fo flour until smooth. Work in 3 1/2 cups of flour untildough is easy to handle. Place in greased bowl and let rise until dough is doubled. Punch down and make into rolls. Let raise until doubled. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Brush with melted butter upon taking out.
