2 lbs hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can beef consseme soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingrediants except for the soups. Form into small balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven until done. Remove and put in frying pan on stove. Add soups and mix well. Simmer on stove for 1/2 hour.
