1 lb. mild crumbled Italian sausage
1 very large can of Chicken Broth
3 cans of Black Beans
1 cup of chopped carrots
1/2 cup of chopped onions
1 1/2 cups of salsa, chipotle
macaroni, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In your soup stock pan, brown Italian sausage. Add onions and carrots and saute until onions are limp. Add chicken broth, beans and salsa. Simmer 20 minutes. Place 1/2 the soup in blender and puree (this makes it rich and creamy). Add cooked macaroni.

The amount of macaroni depends on how thick you want the soup to be. This is great on a cold winter day and like all bean soup - leftovers taste even better.
