1 lb. rotini pasta cooked
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
1 cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
(toast almonds in 350 degree oven spread out on cookie sheet for 5 minutes)
3 stalks celery chopped

DRESSING:
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 cups mayo (not salad dressing)
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon salt
teaspoon pepper
