8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 (2 1/2 oz) jar sliced dried beef, chopped
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/4 teasoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butter

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and milk together. Add beef, green pepper, onion, pepper and sour cream. Mix well.

Spoon into a buttered 8" pie plate. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.

Toast pecans at 250º for 10 to 15 minutes. Coat with melted butter.

Sprinkle pecans on top of baked spread. Bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with assorted crackers.
