1 Mrs. Smith's frozen pecan pie
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 8oz. pkg. creamed cheese (softened)
2 eggs
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup half 'n half
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2 tbs. flour

Directions:

Take crust off Mrs. Smith's pie
Thaw pie - cut into think slices & set aside
Stir together first four ingredients (this makes the crust) - Press on bottom and sides of 10" spring form pan.
Place wedges in crust, leaving a space between each slice.
Beat cream cheese, add eggs & remaining ingredients. Pour over pie.
Bake at 325º for 50 minutes.
Chill 8 hours before serving
