3/4 cup margarine
1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
14 oz. package caramels

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in bowl in microwave. Mix in cake mix and half of the sweetened condensed milk. Spread half of mixture in a greased 13x9x2 pan (metal w/non-stick coating works best).
Bake for 7 minutes @ 350.
Melt caramels in microwave with other half of condensed milk. After the 7 minute baking above, remove from oven and pour and spread the melted caramel mixture on top. Sprinkle on chocolate chips. Spoon on and spread other half of cake mix mixture on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. Cool completely before cutting.
