1 lb. powdered sugar
5 large eggs
3 cups cake flour
2 drops anise oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add powdered sugar, 2 T sugar at a time. Beat thoroughly, add flour gradually to the mixture. Add Anise oil.
Drop cookies by the tsp. on a greased cookie sheet, 1 1/2 inches apart. Let stand 12 hours. Bake for 10 minutes at 325º.
