1-2 lbs Boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 bottle Catalina dressing
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Season chicken with salt & pepper on both sides. Poke holes in the chicken with a fork. Pour ½ the bottle of dressing over chicken. Flip the chicken & repeat. Bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
