can whole mild chili peppers (appox 6 peppers)
6 strips cheese (long enough for peppers)
3 eggs separated
3 TBL flour
1 TBL water
1/4 tsp salt
flour and veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chilis and remove seeds. Pat dry. Place strips of cheese inside chilis. Beat egg yolks 3-5 minutes until fluffy. Add 3 TBL flour, water and salt. Mix well. Beat egg Whites until fluffy. Fold into yolk mixture. Dip chilis into flour and then dip into egg mixture.

Fry 3-5 minutes until brown on each side. Top with salsa and guacomole
