1 cut up frying chicken OR 3-4 med. chicken breasts.
(You can remove the skin, although Mom didn't do that.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
Salt and Paprika
Casserole or baking dish.

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish (I suggest you use a little Pam or lightly grease the pan.) Light salt and paprika it. Add the soups and baking at 350º for one hour, basting occasionally.

usually gave culinary credit where it was due. She, like many

Her friend, Bob, was quite the entertainer. His recipes, which
