1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup red wine
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chile powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 pounds roast

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all marinade ingredients (all except meat). Marinate roast for at least 4 hours, turning several times.

2. Place roast on grill close to coals to brown both sides. Raise and cook 20 to 25 minutes more each side.
