1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup apples, peeled and diced
1 cup nuts

1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 tsp cinnamon and set aside. Mix 1 cup sugar with brown sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, apples and nuts. Stir in flour mixture and pour batter into 9"x13" greased pan. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
