1 (14-oz.) bag Kraft caramels
1/2 c. & 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. margarine, melted
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt caramels and 1/2 cup milk together. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Mix dry cake mix, margarine, 1/3 cup milk, and nuts by hand until well combined. Press half of dough into bottom of pan. Bake for six minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then cover with caramel sauce. Crumble the rest of dough over caramel. Bake an additional 15-18 minutes!! ENJOY!!!!
