9 cups sliced cucumbers (don't peel)
1 cup onions sliced thin (separate rings)
2 level Tbsp table salt
1 Tbsp celery seed
2 cups sugar
1 cup cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the cucumbers, onions, salt and celery seed in a large bowl and mix well.
2. In another bowl mix sugar and vinegar well, then pour over the cucumbers and onions.
3. Put in tightly covered jars. Place in refrigerator.

You can start to enjoy these the next day. Will keep in refrigerator for up to three months.
