3 pkgs. Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor-cook as instructed)
3 (6 oz.) jars oil-marinated artichoke hearts
5 green onions, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar stuffed olives
1 lg. green & red bell pepper, diced
3 lg. celery stalks, diced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. curry powder
2 c. mayonnaise
2 cans water chestnuts, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve.
