3 T Olive Oil
1 c Sliced Onions
2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
11/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 15 ounce cans Italiam Plum Tomatoes undrained
1 T Chopped Parsley
2 T Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Basil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion. When onions are soft and transparent add garlic and saute two to three minutes more until onions are golden.

Add rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer on low to let the flavors really mix together.

Cool slightly. Put in blender and puree. Makes 3 cups. Makes enough for 2 14" Pizzas

This is a great pizza sauce and the first time I have ever given the recipe out. Even though I received many requests for it. I always thought this sauce was good enough to base an entire pizza chain on.
