5 lbs. Flour
3 lbs. Crisco Shortening
3 Tbsp. Salt
3 Tbslp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour. salt & sugar in extra large bowl and mix together. Add Crisco to flour mixture and cut into flour using a pastry blender until pea like in size. DO NOT OVER WORK THE DOUGH! Store in an air tight gallon jar or ziploc baggie in refrigerator. When ready to use take out the desired amount and add water to it.

Example: 1/2 C water approx. to 3 C. flour mixture.
Place in a mixing bowl and mix together using a meat fork. Pat into balls and roll out on floured surface. DO NOT KNEAD THE DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS OR OVER WORK THE DOUGH OR IT WILL BECOME LIKE PLAY DOUGH.

Dough can be stored in the refrigerator for months. do not add the water until you are ready to make the pie crust.
