White Sauce: 1 c. butter or margarine 2 large onions 8 T. flour 1 tsp. parsley flakes 4 c. milk 1 lb. Velveta cheese salt and pepper to taste
Peel potatoes and cube in 1/2 inch squares. Cover with water and boil 5 min. Drain. Make white sauce from butter, flour, milk and cheese. Add other ingredients and pour over potatoes in a 9x13 pan. Bake uncovered 30 min. at 300º.
