1 to 2 lbs. skinless & boneless chicken breasts

1 pck. fresh or frozen spinach, cut up & drained

Fontanella or Asiago cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pound breasts between wax paper. If large pieces, cut in half. Spread spinach & thin slices of cheese over chicken. Roll up & secure with toothpick, if necessary.
Heat oil in skillet & brown on both sides. Remove breasts & place in a baking dish or pan. Cover with foil & bake @ 350' for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
It is easy & the cheese makes it very tasty.
