1 bag of rainbow twisty pasta noodles
1 bottle (16 oz) Italian Salad Dressing or Rach (I prefer Italian)
2 cucumbers, cubed
3 - 4 roma tomatoes, cubed
1 can large black olives, pitted or greek with pitts (very salty-be sure to rinse)
Optional, 1-2 peppers (green, yellow, red) cubed

Boil Water, cook pasta, until done.about 7 minutes
Drain and rinse with cold water to cool down.

Mix pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives and peppers in large bowl. Pour entire bottle of dressing on the pasta salad.

Refrigerate at least one hour, serve and enjoy.

Sprinkle with cheese if you like.

Number Of Servings:8-10, 1 cup servings

Preparation Time:15 minutes
