1 - 2 cans of chicken broth
1 can cooked chicken
1-2 cloves fresh garlic, not salt, refrigerated ok
2 cans diced tomatoes, don't drain
2 cups shredded cheese, any kind you like.
1 can sweet corn or 2 cups of frozen corn
Mexican spices - Cumin or chili powder - add to taste
Tortilla chips store bought or homeade (email me if you want the homemade version)
1/2 sweet onion, if you like

sour cream, for garnish if you choose

Directions:
Directions:
add all ingredients but cheese, chips and sour cream.
cook for 30 minutes rolling boil, then done.
serve in bowls and top with chips, cheese and sour cream if you like.

Number Of Servings:4-6 bowls
