2 large jars Randalls Northern Beans
1 12 oz. can beer (even skunk will do)
1/2 lb to 1 lb meat for flavoring - ham hocks, ham chunks, smoked turkey neck, just rnough for flavor and tasting.

NO WATER needs to be added.

Directions:
Directions:
In crock pot, place all ingredients in the pot. Cook for 8 hours, on low, in the pot over night. Stir occassionally.

Serve with warm Jiffy brand corn bread.

Yummy!

Serves 12 -15 people.
