1 large Blue and Gold Sausage browned and drained.
1 pkg of wonton wrappers
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
1 small can black olives chopped very fine
1 med red bell pepper chopped very fine
1 cup ranch dressing

preheat oven 325º lightly spray wonton wrappers with pam. Then place in cupcake pans be sure to keep them open so you can place stuffing inside. Slightly brown wrappers about 15 minutes. Mix all other ingredient together and stuff wontons. Cook about 25 minutes or until cheese bubbles,
