1 bag frozen hash browns (southern style)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hash browns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hash browns. Combine crushed cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter and spread on top of mixture. put in a 9 x 12 casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour or until bubbly around edges.
