4 bread slices, sliced diagonally
1/2 C milk
1 egg
3/4 C biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
Cinnamon to taste
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Coat bread by dipping it into the batter. Brown on both sides in a hot skillet with 1/2 cup butter.

Serve with warm syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
