Ingredients:
One Red Apple
One Small Zucchini
1/3-2/3 c. Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and chop both the zucchini and apple into small chunks. Pour the dressing over and stir to coat. Serve fairly quickly or the zucchini will taste bitter. I like to use Zesty Italian for a more seasoned taste. You can also add a chopped yellow squash if you need a bigger batch or want more color.

This recipe looks great in a glass bowl for the holidays. Green and red you know! It is an odd combo but everyone in our family loves it!
