1/4-1/3 lb roquefort cheese
1 c mayonnaise
3 t salad vinegar
1 t worcestershire sauce
1/2 t parsley

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate.

I ate this when I was a kid and thought it was chip dip. I almost threw up. What kid likes blue cheese? But man did I learn to love it as an adult.
