1 chocolate cake mix
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
24 large marshmallows
1 14oz pkg. coconut
Frosting:
1 cup sugar
5T oleo
1/2 cup milk
12 oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9x13 pan, bake cake mix as directed. When cake is 1/2 done, prepare the next layer as follows: In a large saucepan combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup of milk and the marshmallows, heating until marshmallows are melted. Add coconut and stir to combine. Spread this mixture on the cake when cake is done and still hot. For frosting layer, bring 1 cup of sugar, oleo, and 1/2 cup milk to boil, add chocolate chips and mix well. Pour over coconut mixture on cake. Chill at least 4 hours or longer.
