3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan. Add eggs and oil to pan. Beat with a fork until smooth. Beat in bananas and vanilla. Stir in baking mix, sugar and nuts just until combined.

Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour, 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
