2 egg whites - unbeaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 T water
1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, water & corn syrup together until solution spins when dropped from a spoon. Slowly beat into egg whites. Add vanilla and cream of tartar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
