Melt over double boiler medium heat
1/2 lb. cheese

Add
1 c. canned milk
3/4 t. salt
3/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. curry powder
1/4 t. dried herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Remove from heat and add 1 beaten egg.
Put back over heat and cook slowly until mixture thickens slightly.
