6 eggs

1c. milk

1/4c. orange juice

1/2c. sugar

1c. flour

1/4tsp. salt

1/4lb. butter

Powdered sugar, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender mix eggs, milk, orange juice, sugar, flour and salt just until blended.

Preheat oven to 425

Melt butter in a 9x13 baking dish in oven until it sizzles. Do not let brown.

Remove baking dish from oven and immediately pour batter into sizzling butter.

Bake in middle of oven 20 minutes or until puffed and brown.

Remove pancake from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar , if desired.

Pancake falls quickly so serve immediately.
