1 c water
1 c brown sugar
3 tbsp catsup
1 tbsp soy suce
1 tsp dry mustard
1 c crushed pineapple
1 tbsp pepper flakes
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 c cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first seven ingredients, bringing to a boil, and then simmer 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in the cold water and slowly add to the sauce. Cook slowly until it thickens. Makes about 3 cups. Coat ham with some sauce and bake in oven, reserving some sauce to serve on the side.
