Ingredients:  
1 tbsp oil
1 pound sweet Italian sausage - crumbled
1 c chopped onion
3 medium garlic cloves - minced
1 48 ou jar Prego Spaghetti sauce
5 c beef broth
1 c Burgundy or other dry red wine
1 c chopped carrots
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c long-grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, cook sausage, onions and garlic in oil. Remove fat. Add remainng ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender and rice is cooked. Makes 3 quarts or about 12 servings.
