10 c. raw diced potatoes
1 tsp salt
12 eggs, hardboiled
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
radishes, green pepper (optional)
3 c. Miracle Whip (no substitutes)
3 tbsp mustard
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cover potatoes/salt with water and boil 10 minutes or until tender. Cool. Combine potatoes, 8 eggs(diced), onion and celery in large bowl, toss gently. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over potato mixture. Top with four sliced eggs. Refridgerate. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
