1 lb. Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage
2 - 8 oz. blocks cream cheese
1 - 10 oz. can Rotel Diced Tomatoes & green chilie
1 - 4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
In large fry pan, brown sausage. Break up large lumps into small pieces. Drain well.
In a large saucepan, combine the sausage, cream cheese, tomatoes and olives until smooth and cheese is melted.
Pour into a 1 qt. casserole and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 mins. or bubbly.
Top with diced, fresh tomatoes and snipped cilantro if you wish, Serve with corn chips suitable for dipping.
