Asparagus spears
Salt and Pepper
balsamic vinaigrette or Italian dressing
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a baking sheet with foil. Wash and trim asparagus and lay on the sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil (~ 1/2T) and dressing of your choice (~1-2T) over the spears and then toss to coat. Bake uncovered 15-20 min or until the ends are dark and a bit crispy.

This side dish goes great with just about everything. You can vary the temp. to roast it with whatever meat you are having. I put the spears on the end of a baking sheet with breadsticks and then everything is done at the same time!
