8 oz cream cheese (reg or low fat)
8 oz cheddar cheese (any sharpness)
4 tablespoons milk
1 and 1/2 oz real bacon bits (Hormel)
1/4 cup parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
soften cream cheese
grate cheddar cheese while cold and hard

Mix cheeses well with milk and bacon bits then add parmesan cheese

Blend all completely and adjust milk until soft and creamy

Best if made and chilled several hours before serving.
