3/4 cup uncooked old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup whipped butter, melted (I use Smart Balance)
1/4 cup Egg Beaters

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium mixing bowl combine oats, sugar, baking soda; stir in butter and eggs.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto nonstick cookie sheet. You should get about 12 equal cookies per sheet. Bake until edges of cookes are lightly browned; 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven; let cookies cool on cookie sheet a little before moving to plate. They will become firmer as they cool.
