One Large Beef Chuck Roast (2-3 lbs.)
One packet of Onion soup mix
one small 8oz. can tomato sauce
2 regular sized cans of Golden Mushroom soup
bag of mini- carrots
bag of mini- red potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1/2 of the small can of tomato sauce on the bottom of your crockpot.
Then wash beef, then sprinkle one whole packet of onion soup mix on top of beef.
Then pour the other 1/2 of the tomato sauce on top of that.
Then pour 2 cans of golden mushroom soup on top of that.
Then add one bag of mini carrots and one bag of red potatoes cut in halves or fouths.
Cook in your crockpot at 8 hours on low.
Or 6 hours on high.
